Merino wool’s warmth and breathability create a micro-climate against your skin, helping you maintain a consistent body temperature. In warmer weather it absorbs water away from your skin and releases it into the atmosphere. In colder weather, it retains warm air and circulates, keeping you warm.

Merino fibers absorb and retain up to 30% of their own weight in moisture and still feel dry to the touch, making it perfect for everything from long groomer runs to backcountry missions.

All Woolf Merino performance products include our TENCEL® | Merino wool blend.

Eco-friendly TENCEL is made from renewable wood pulp harvested from sustainable forest plantations in an award-winning ecological, "closed loop" process; whereby products are developed with minimum adverse environmental impact, minimum waste generation, and with the most efficient use of water, energy and other resources.

Composed of natural material, both Merino Wool and TENCEL® fibers are biodegradable and compostable and can fully revert back to nature.

Merino and TENCEL® make a perfect natural performance combination; while Merino brings its properties of moisture management, odor control and comfort, TENCEL® wicks moisture and transmits heat effectively - keeping temperature down to create a comfortable micro climate against your skin. This blend is stronger, cooler and dries faster than 100% Merino, making it ideal for any season.
