RETURNS

All online returns must be initiated and postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and must include a valid receipt / order number for processing. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Merchandise must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact and attached.

  • Exclusions: Items that show any signs of wear, washing, or use, or are missing original tags/packaging, will not be eligible for return due to hygiene, quality assurance, and sustainability standards.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and may not be redeemed for cash.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@woolfmerino.com with your order number. After confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special or final sale items
  • Gift cards (non-returnable and not redeemable for cash)
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use, or are missing original tags/packaging, will not be accepted due to hygiene, quality assurance, and sustainability standards.

  • 30-day return policy on all products. We offer 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund back to your method of payment. Refund transactions can take up to one week.
