Nothing is more sustainable than quality craftsmanship. We stand behind our product, not just because it’s the right thing to do for our customers, but because it’s the right thing to do for our planet. If any Woolf Merino product requires repair from everyday use, our expertly skilled team will repair it for free.

WARRANTY TERMS

We have a 2-year warranty policy on all our products. This includes free repair or refund on all products covered by the warranty within the warranty period. Woolf Merino will repair or replace, at its discretion, any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use and still within the lifespan of the product. Woolf Merino will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred because of loss or misuse of the product.

We believe in re-use instead of replacing, and will always consider if the damage is repairable before we decide to replace a product. All products have a lifespan and eventually a garment will be completely worn out. We’ll assess the damage and decide what is repairable or not. Additionally, and if possible, we will also help repair products older than 2 years for free (not including shipping costs).
